Party Information

Jumpers & Pricing  

  • Included Jumpers: The party package includes 10 jumpers.  

  • Additional Jumpers: $23.99 per extra jumper (includes water, socks, and a jump pass).  

  • Birthday Child: Counts as a jumper.  

  • Young Jumpers (3 and under): Must be accompanied by an adult (18+). Their pass is a two-in-one.  

Spectators & Adults 

  • Adults must have an updated waiver on file.  

  • Spectator wristbands are available for adults who purchase Altitude socks for $2.99 (if they don’t already own a pair).  

Pizza Orders

  • Weekend Orders: Pre-order by Friday at 5:00 PM.

  • Weekday Orders: Pre-order by 5:00 PM the day before.

  • Day-of Deliveries: Delivery times range from 45 to 90 minutes.  

  • You can request your pizza delivery time, and we will inform you once it is finalized.

Party Setup & Policies

  • Early Setup: Arrive up to 15 minutes before your party to set up.  

  • Tables:  

    • 1 Table: Fits 10–14 jumpers.  

    • 2 Tables: For 15–24 jumpers.  

    • 3 Tables: For 25–34 jumpers.  

    • 4 Tables: For 35-44 jumpers. 

    • 5 Tables: For 45-54 jumpers.

  • Additional Tables: $100 each if requirements are not met.  

  • Decorations: Allowed, but with restrictions:  

    • No thumbtacks for heavy banners.  

    • Glitter, confetti poppers, and piñatas are restricted (piñatas allowed for display only).  

    • You may bring small wall decorations; however, we cannot guarantee available wall space in your party area, unless you are in the party room.

  • Cake, Cupcakes, & Goodie Bags: Allowed at no extra cost.  

  • Outside Food/Drinks: Restricted unless you purchase the Bring Your Own Food (BYOF) option for $50. Please contact us to note any special arrangements.  

Food & Beverages

  • Included: 10 party waters (one per jumper).  

  • Extras: 

    • Additional waters: $0.50 each.  

    • Powerade/Soda: $2.00 each.  

    • Capri Sun: $1.00 each.  

Party Extensions & Late Fees

  • Party Area Extension:  

    • $13 per jumper for an extra hour of jump time (without the party area). Minimum of 10 jumpers required.

    • $17 per jumper for an extra hour (with the party area). Minimum of 10 jumpers required.  

    • The deadline to add an "Extra Hour with the Party Area" is Friday at 5 PM. You may add an "Extra Hour without the Party Area" on the day of the event.

  • Late Fees: $100 for every 15 minutes over your party time.  

Payment Policies  

  • Deposit: Must be paid 72 hours before the party. No deposit, no party. 

  • The deposit is applied toward your booking.

  • Last-minute jumper adjustments will affect the total price.

  • Remaining balance will be paid at the conclusion of your party. While gratuity is not required, it is always appreciated.

Party Location

  • Basecamp Package: Table(s) are located on the first floor. 

  • Ascent Package: Mezzanine table(s) are located on the second floor (no elevator access).  

  • Peak Package: Party room is located on the first floor and includes two picnic tables, two square tables (seating up to four people each), and two narrow tables along the wall for gifts and food.
